Our Teen Gym classes are aimed at secondary school-aged children who want to learn gymnastics in a fun, supportive environment. Sessions give teenagers the opportunity to socialise with others while developing gymnastics skills, confidence, strength, flexibility and coordination, whether they're complete beginners or have previous experience.
